"good choice for my vacation"
The staff is very friendly and accommodating,for me this hotel is very convenient and easy access to local transportation,most of all we were able to cook if we just want to stay in,I was able to invite my family to stay w/ us during the day,wish I had stayed longer. The only problem is the shower head, hope they can change it w/ the one that was used in one of the hotels in Makati wherein the shower head is convertible into a handheld shower.The bathroom sink was leaking but they offered to transfer us to another room w/c we declined because we don’t want to pack things we already unpacked,otherwise our stay is very satisfactory.I will definitely go back there next vacation.
Buy bottled water from the grocery it’s a lot cheaper.

Problems with internet service caused difficulty
This week long stay was overall satisfactory with some very good points and some very poor. The good aspects were the quick and courteous response to all requests, the central location of the hotel, the capable security, the friendly and very pleasant employees and an obvious desire on the hotel staff’s part to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The down side is the very poor response i received to the lact of internet service i had at the villa i occupied. The hotel staff was not at all conversant with the wireless process and even the IT person that was trying to correct issue was not very knowledgeable. I was at the villa 4 days before i actually had internet service there and had to use the "business center" which was very poorly equipped and had did not even have an operational printer. With the exception of the internet issue the stay was overall an acceptable experience.

My thoughts on the hotel.
I will definately stay there the next time I go to Mactan Island.
