Absolutely Fantastic!
The staff is friendly, the location is ideal, the beds are PERFECT! We traveled with 3 kids--ages 7, 6, and 11 months--and even though they have a club downstairs that plays loud music until 2am, I closed the sliding glass doors that lead to our private balcony overlooking the water, and the kids went to sleep. Next time we go to Havasu, we will definately be staying at the Heat again.

Great view of the Famous London Bridge
What a fabulous view of the London Bridge and Channel and English Village under the bridge from the balcony of The Heat. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Lake Havasu and visiting the famous bridge.
Plan a dinner right across the street at Shugrue’s. The restaurant has great Tuesday night specials. You don’t have to cross the busy street to get there. Walk under the bridge from the grounds of the hotel and up a staircase to the restaurant.

Loud Music until 2:30 am
The hotel and their rooms are actually very nice. But they have a bar right in front of the windows, where they play extremely loud music until 2:30 am (at least on Friday nights, don’t know about other days). Absolutely no chance to sleep ...
