Next best thing to being at home
This was our second trip to The Chase Suites and we find it to be very comfortable and homey. We would recommend and in fact do to many of our friends. Very comfortable for someone who is spending any extended amount of time in a hotel. I enjoyed the fact that we could cook and feel totally relaxed.
This is the perfect set up for someone who is needing to stay for extended lengths of time. Long business trips or conventions even construction workers. A much more relaxed and comfortable setting. Reminds me of an apartment complex on the outside. Each until come with all the amenities of home.

Surprised
I was in a hurry to find a place to crash after the Dave Matthews concert. Although this isn’t a place to have an after party, it was the perfect place to relax after a night rocking out.

Very comfortable and convenient. Will go back with the same group next year.
Hotel is clean, staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast, easy access to local attractions. Rooms were quiet and well furnished. Everything seemed new except bathroom fixtures could be updated. Had micro, fridge, ice maker, dishes and nice kitchen space. If using GPS, need to put in Clive rather than Des Moines. Rooms had no phone books. Good eating places within walking distance.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
We were there in July and went to the Farmer’s Market in downtown Des Moines. It’s a great party and very large. Also visited Living History Farms on Sunday. What a great place. We were there 5 hours. Went to Jordan Creek Mall. Nice.

Nice stay.
We stayed in the 2 bedroom penthouse. The accomodations were really nice. The only negative remark would be that the room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked to have seen. However, it did appear that the room hadn’t been stayed in for some time, so that may have been the reason it was dusty, dishes were dirty, etc. I would stay there again.

An excellent hotel
Chase Suite Hotel is an excellent hotel. The hotel service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for its greatness in customer satisfaction.

Average Hotel
This hotel is convenient to the interstate, and very close to some good restaurants. The hotel staff provided very good customer service. However, the hotel is old and dated and it shows. The bathroom shower was stained and it looked dirty. the breakfast buffet was unimpressive, it’s the standard one can expect from hotels these days.

Was perfect for our family stay
We were very surprised at the motel for we were with our daughter and friend so need two beds and space. Everyone treated us with profesionalism. Treat to be given drink cards for evening and a great breakfast. Will stay there again

Worth Every Penny
I was very satisfied with my stay at the Chase Suite Hotel. The room was very clean and nicely organized. The only thing I disliked about my stay was when I was checking in, I was at the front desk for nearly 15 min,and I don’t believe it should take that long since I had a reservation. Besides that little incovinience, I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Great hotel
This hotel is everything that was advertised. Excellent place for a family to stay. Tons of room and a great outdoor pool and breakfast. We will definately use this hotel again.

Pleasantly Surprised
We were very satisfied with the hotel. The penthouse suite was very spacious. Breakfast was great, the pool was great. Everything was in close proximity. We didn’t get our room cleaned the 2nd day but that was fine. Overall, we really liked it and we will be back.

Good hotel
I trusted the expedia reviews, I was right. This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff, nice bed, and close to Legoland, Outlet shopping mall and oceanfront. Continental breakfast is very good for the price.

Great deal
Overall, the hotel was great. It was a problem with check in; I arrived in DSM around 10:30am had a meeting at 1:00pm and had no where to go or change for this meeting at all because they didn’t have an early check in. It was a big inconvenience to me I had to change at a service station (not good) in order to be dressed for this meeting at 1:00pm. That would be my only complaint.....

Great for a Group
We got a two bedroom loft suite which included a king bed, a queen bed and a fold out sofa. There was a lot of room, a full kitchen and a bathroom on each floor. The room could use a few touch-ups, but aesthetics aside, it was totally functional for the adults and children sleeping in the room.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
There is a huge HyVee just a mile or so away so we bought a few things and made dinner at the hotel. We saved a bundle doing this!

Excellent Stay !
I was so impressed with the size and convenience of the room, It had everything we needed for a weeks stay, even a dishwasher and full sized refrigerator. It was clean and comfortable and we will stay there again.

Nice, comfortable hotel
We stayed in the two room suite (1 bedroom, 1 loft room). Was very comfortable for 4 adults (one slept on the pull out sofa). The kitchenette was handy and the room very clean. The breakfast buffet was great-- even had waffles!

Looks like an apartment complex!
Hotel was just fine...nice space and all. Hotel staff was not very knowledgeable about local area which, for a 1st timer to Des Moines, didn’t help us much. But, overall all was good with the hotel.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
3 Bag, which is right down the street on University, is a great sports bar. Took us a while...and a few people to ask...before we found it.
