There are two of these hotels associated with LHR. One is very close to the airport. The other a bit farther away. Easy to get confused as to which one you are booked at. be sure your driver (and you) know which of the two you have your reservation at.

Very friendly staff.
The hotel was great. The only problem we had was that we didn’t change any money at the airport, since we were only in the country overnight, between flights. Discovered at the hotel we couldn’t put the gratuity for dinner or breakfast on a credit card and the front desk couldn’t exchange any dollars. Our fault, but felt bad for the servers.

good, low cost airport hotel
I travel to and through Heathrow a lot on business, and was looking for a low cost alternative to the other airport hotels I usually stay at there. The Premier Inn at Junction 4 is easy to find, and a nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and service was good from the staff. Food in the restaurant was actually pretty good, too.
