Bad Service Hotel

We wanted 2 individual rooms but we were booked in a Suite Room with only a door that separates inside the 2 rooms. There was no airconditioning, the airconditioning was functioning but no cold air comes, it was all noise from the aircon. We ask for toilet paper and soap and they told us, there was no one to get the toilet paper and soap. There were small cockroaches on the room. This hotel is a nightmare and will not repeat or recommend to anybody!!!

The first night there was no air conditioning. The room was not very clean at all. There were crack heads roaming around the motel.

Remodel Stage

The place was in the middle of remodel. No AC, clock, ice machine, loud and cleanliness was low. For a place to lay your head for a night the price is good

it’s a pretty decent hotel with basic services that not all motel 6 have. it’s well located and we felt safe in and out of the motel at all times. we thought it was a good especially for the money we paid.

i was very disatisfied with the hotel service. to check in i had to wait until house keeping was done cleaning and even though i got a reservation the check in time was at 3pm but i was able to check in 3 hours after. The attendance was very rude. i will not recommend the hotel to any of my family and friends on the contrary i will make sure they never book with motel 6

Never Again

This motel is in next to a nightclub and you can hear it in your room. Its located in what I would consider not the best part of town. The staff was great but the motel was terrible. The walls were dirty, the bathtub was filthy. When we took the bathmat off the tub to place on the floor, stuff fell out on the floor. We didn’t even want to touch the interior door knob. We left about two hours after checking in and let them keep the money. NEVER AGAIN

Worst motel in Fremont

This motel was not only five blocks away from Downtown Fremont, it was on the bad side of town. The tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and there was no remote. When I called and asked about the remote I was told "yeah, we’ve had problems with people stealing them." It was very noisy- I had to sleep with the tv on

Not impressed at all

There were people at the motel that were staying in a room across the way from ours that were doing illegal drugs and setting off the fire alarm every 5-10 minutes. There was also a lot of police activity arresting people at the motel we were staying at. I had random people keep knocking on my door looking for drugs. I was there with my mother, husband and 2 small children and we were there for my wedding. It was a very bad stay and I wouldn’t recommend that place to anybody who wants to feel safe.

Wouldn’t go back

I’ve stayed in many Motel 6’s in my time and was usually satisfied. This one was just horrible. It was in an old part of town, we did not feel safe in the area...3 women traveling, and we worried about our car being broken into. We had reservations, but the room only included towels for two people, I went to the front desk and asked for a towel for the third person and was handed a hand towel, apparently that was all they had left. There were bugs in the room and the carpet was wet near the bathroom, we soon found out why. We were there less than an hour when the sink started backing up and water started flooding out from the drain. We wound up leaving. To their credit the hotel staff was friendly and curtious, but the motel needs work.

I have never written a bad review for a hotel, but, this Motel 6 is DISGUSTING! The front desk people are VERY nice and professional. I had no problem with the staff, but the room was deplorable. There were long wavy dark hairs in my folded up towels, stuck in the fabric. The table and dresser had hairs on them as well. I shuddered to think about what the sheets were like. I layered up and even wore a hat so that my body did not touch the linens. The room smelled like someone had sprayed an entire bottle of perfume in it. I sneezed and could barely breathe all night. DO NOT STAY HERE! It is cheap, yes, but horrible.

Not Impressed

Like others, I chose this motel because I trusted the chain. While I was there Vegas was averaging temperatures in the mid to high 60’s. The room wasn’t that much warmer. There was no heater or A/C unit to regulate the room temperature. Plus if you’re going to be spending most of your time on the strip, it can get rather expensive making the trips back and forth.

Motel 6 in Las Vegas with no a/c

I think I managed to find the only motel in LV with no a/c. I do not recall reading this in the description. I knew it wasn’t in the greatest of areas in Vegas, but neither was it in the worst. But the reason I chose Motel 6 was because I trust this chain. I guess I don’t any more. The only air circulation was from an extremely noisy fan that did nothing to either circulate air or help the stale, moldy smell that had invariably settled into the room. The staff was very friendly, but they need some major work on their building.

Only for times when you can’t get anything else

This hotel served its one purpose for me: getting a hotel room on a saturday night in Vegas when most places require you to stay the whole weekend. Other than that it has fairly old rooms with no temperature control and the motel apparently ran out of ice buckets and shampoos. If you can get something else for a similar price, get it.

Ok for Last Resort

The hotel isn’t the best, but if you don’t want to spend a lot of money and are booking last minute this is an ok possibility. The first room given to me had a bad smell and had a clogged drain. When I reported this to the front desk they acted quickly and moved me to a new room. The rooms aren’t the most fantastic, but it served it purpose as a place to sleep.

Very scary!!

This hotel was horrible!! I read the reviews before I booked and everybody failed to mention that it is in a horrible part of town where there are tons of homeless people walking around! It was very run down and our door knob was loose and screen looked like somebody had broken in the night before! It was very loud (which another reviewer had stated) because of the night club next door, but it didn’t bother me because I couldn’t go to sleep out of fear of being murdered in my sleep! The only good thing about this hotel was that the room was huge! If you have a bunch of guys going out to party, this hotel would be fine. LADIES - BEWARE!

Quite impressed

I was looking for a cheap place to stay on the way to Disneyland. Motel 6 rooms are usually nice, so I booked (even though it was only given 1 1/2 stars). I am glad I saved the money by booking there. The room was comfortable, my special request was honored and the staff was accommodating when we asked for more bed pillows. The pool was my kids favorite part. I will definitely stay there again.

If you are planning to spend all your time on the strip, this is not convenient.

Not what I expected

A good place to stay at a reasonable price if you are on a budget. Walking distance to Freemont Experience and many restaurants.

Lots of noise

Lots of noise after 2am as various peoples would have arguments. This happened all three nights I was there. The bed was very hard. On the first night, I got about 12 channels on the TV. The other nights, about 6. None of them were ESPN. Patrons of a nighclub seem to take up most of the parking on Saturday night.

Just what I needed

The hotel does looks kind of old, but the rooms have been remodeled recently and the furniture looks and feel brand new. Good option if you dont mind to be 2 blocks from Las Vegas Downtown.

Pool Conditions

Vegas during the month of May was very hot and I would have enjoyed taking a dip in the pool. Unfortunately the pool was not clean and had various bugs and things floating in the water. Really was not appealing. All said, the hotel was good.
