Dont trust the staff.
No hotel imformation folder to advise you of services , facilities or costs. They dont fully explain mini bar rates for credit card charge and internet rates but you will be charged according to their hidden rates. bathrooms are not good. Breakfast was poor , service was basic with to many sorry sorry instead of simply serving people correctly. Dont allow doorman to call taxi , they hustle you into a taxi then the driver will nominate his price with no meter,doorman should be protecting guests from this tactic.

G Hotel is over priced for what is offered. Select your taxi by excellent condition and the driver should be honest.Before hireing a horse drawn cart tour clearly negotiate peso charge and time , caution as it gets dark, as i was taken to park area and extorted by driver and locals,they did not succeed but do not trust these people at all.

Nice Hotel with Great Service
What a wonderful hotel!!!!!!! Service was just wonderful. Cook made an omelate each day for me for me at breakfast. Waitress made Starbucks coffee that I brought and brung it to my room. The quality of service and the theme of the hotel is great. Bed was firm but I like that. Some towels were worn but always clean. Air conditioning was great as well as plenty of hot water. I would avoid using the mini-bar; a bit expensive. Is walking distance from the Robinson’s Mall. Try the Cowboy Grill if you enjoy great food and great cover bands (Rock). I recommend this hotel for adults. Many taxis don’t know its location so tell them its by the Aloha Hotel. Will definately stay here again.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Avoid horse carraige rides!!!!!!!! We had a bad experience where the guy gave me one price and then demanded 10 times more after he took my girl friend to a not so great area. Maybe just one bad guy but not worth taking a chance.

Very nice rooms
The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was very good with alot of choices.
