Nice place to stay
Sokos Hotel is located just steps from city center and sightseeing. Hotel has very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are very comfortable, the floor in the bathroom can be heated which is really nice in the mornings. Overall it’s a nice nice place to stay.

Latest stay quite disappointing
Stayed in this hotel 5-6 times. The most recent stay was somewhat disappointing. The wireless internet on the 7th floor (premium rooms) barely works. The hotel is aware of the issue since I was told that many people complain but never resolved it. Majority of the room was clean however there were palm prints on both the glass wall in the bedroom as well as wall tiles in the bathroom. The cleaning crew must not be paying attention to everything. The Molton Brown shower / bath gels were replaced in my room with some cheaper alternatives, even though other rooms still had the MB accessories. I was hassled into paying $50 for each of my business associates to be allowed to come up to my suite after 9pm. Something that none of any 5 or even 4 star hotels in Europe and US would allow themselves to do.
