Highly recommended
We arranged a family trip (4 couples) to Krakow and chose this hotel on the basis of on-line reviews. We found that the hotel and particularly the staff surpassed our expectations. The price was a bit higher than we are used to paying, but it was well worth it!

Absolutely perfect!
Almost don’t want this hotel to be discovered! The service was impeccable; the people were gracious, knowlegeable,helpful and charming. The breakfast foods were plentiful and varied in items to choose from. The location is ideal for access to the Jewish quarter,the main old city square, the Schindler factory, Wawel- everything!

Columbus Hotel, highly recommended.
Extremely helpful staff made this stay a wonderful experience. The rooms were great and thank goodness for air conditioning as it was quite a warm time. Breakfast was more than adequate and very enjoyable to eat outside. One thing worth mentioning is that parking is across the street in a secured lot and is not an inconvenience once you settle in. Finding a place to park while you check in can be a challenge as there are only a few places to pull over near the hotel and they are at a premium. Location is very good. Short walk to the Jewish area where there are several good outdoor restaurants. About a 15 minute walk to the Market Square.All in all we would definately stay at the Columbus again.
Traveler's tip on dining
If you want to stay close to the hotel, the Jewish area with plenty of restaurants is only a 5 minute walk. The Town Square, which has dozens of great restaurants is about a 15 minute walk.
