We went back!
We enjoyed our overnight stay on our trip out that we returned on our trip home.Warm and cordial service. Excellent restaurant across the street. We returned there also. Strong recommendation for both.

This was the most horrible stay in a hotel I have ever had
We went to register in the hotel at 1:00, they told us to come back at 3:00, OK. When we came back we had to wait at the counter for 15 minutes, no air conditioning in the hallways, room, elevator, it was 105 degrees outside. The place was not that clean, the manager bragged about catching people smoking and charging them $150.00 extra dollars, I then checked my account and the manager had charged 3 extra charges on my credit card without permission. The staff followed us around, had to come and look in our room, for what?? This hotel should be banned from anyone staying there.

Service needs to be improved, but good reasonable hotel.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The main problem with this hotel was the service. Upon checking us in the concierge was quite rude to us and made other customers wait while he lectured me on the fact that my driver’s license had expired (yes, dumb me, but not his place) and while he waited for my wife to go get her license from the car so that he could verify my identity (for my credit card with her driver’s license--Yeah, doesn’t make any sense). The desk was rarely staffed when we needed things. We had to ask for the password for the internet and then the signal was so weak that it still didn’t work. Noise from other rooms travels in a lot. But again, the price was reasonable, and the bed was comfortable.
