Never Again
The Hotel was ok. Bagels were stale. The problem I had was they charged my account twice causing my bank account to overdraft and when they were told they tried to blame you. They had no sense of urgencey dealing with their mistake. My account took a week to fix and they also never followed through to make sure the issue was resolved. I had to call the bank to have the overdraft fees removed. So NO WAY NEVER AGAIN!!!!

peaceful hotel
My family and I stayed at the hotel for our skiing trip. I was surprise how peaceful it was after seeying a bunch of college student hanging out in the lobby. I wish the beds were better, but overall it was good.
The room has a microwave and fridge and THANK God for it. Everything closes at 9 pm and if you are lucky 10 pm. It was nice to have snacks for the kids in the fridge. Okemo was a BLAST and the ride was GREAT!! There’s a Friendly’s restaurant and it was good to go follow by the grocery store next to it.
