Do not recommend at all - cheap feeling, does not deserve rating
Traveling with friends who stayed there and they wanted out the first night. Lobby was tiny and the beds were almost to the floor. Shower was stopped up and they could hear through the walls. "Dirty" feeling about the whole place. Expedia was wonderful about refunding some of the price and they changed locations. Expedia needs to change the rating!!!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
We went to London for New Years (2nd time in London), and it was great!! However, we were among tourists all over the place. Did not get a chance to mingle with locals. Be prepared for crowds if you do ever go during Christmas/New Years, but it is a wonderful time of year to be there - they really celebrate the holidays!

a place to sleep
If you are looking for nothing more then a place to sleep it is ok. Room was very small by UK standards. There wasn’t space to stand in front of the bathroom sink. It was impossible to control the room temperature in the morning after a shower. Breakfast choice was poor and breakfast room was very crowded.
