No On Site Assistance at Condo Office
Late night check-in was very confusing as you must check-in at a SPECIFIC off site Resort Quest office. Instead of actual keys, security codes are used to access the room. Our security code was disabled twice during our trip. On the first morning of our trip, we were unable to get in the room (with a weeks worth of grocery bags). Two hours later, after a drive to Resort Quest (with said groceries) and a visit from the locksmith, we were finally able to get into the unit. The last "lock out" occurred on the day before we were scheduled to leave. Resort Quest was able to reprogram the access code while I waited at the unit door. So, don’t forget to put the exact Resort Quest phone number in your cell phone!

Needed a good cleaning
Hotel was in a good location. Amentities were in good shape and well kept. Resort staff was very helpful and nice. Only real complaint was the cleanliness of the condo. Although main surfaces (bathrooms and kitchen)seemed clean enough, floors were filthy. We had to wear shoes at all times or feet would turn black instantly. Also secondary surfaces (doors, coffe table, dishes) needed a good wipe down. Expected a little more.

Nice Hotel, but late registration was a nighmare
Very nice hotel, fantastic view to the beach from the 22nd floor, very nice and clean room BUT - we arrived on friday afternoon and were directed to 4 different places to get our key. Finally we had to drive to an office (approx 2 miles away) where we got a code to open a keyox. This took nearly one hour in total and is not acceptable. This could be told before you get to the hotel to make it easier.
