Friendly Staff and very Knowledgeable
The room was very clean and comfortable, but the air conditioning needs work. I was hot all while I was there. I think it is climate controlled but overall I was well satisfied. Watch out for the taxi drivers outside the hotel or you will get ripped off.

The chef is superb. The best food I had in Amman. This guy or girl needs a raise..LOL

Improvements needed
The food was very good and well presented. Beds were comfortable and the staff helpful. The main area of improvement needed was the carpeting in the lobby. It was quite frayed and definitely needs replacement also the room carpeting needs shampooing or steam cleaning. Other than that I was quite pleased with the quality of the furniture in the rooms and most impressed with the cleanliness of the mirrors and windows. Overall it looks like they are trying to renovate and the carpets haven’t been done yet. One other thing, they are being energy conservative with energy saving lights but the bathrooms do need more light for shaving or application of make-up for women.
