Great Hotel for a Dubai Stop Over or more!
The Complex has a number of excellent Restaurants (including "The Dubliners " Irish Pub) and night clubs as well as all the Pool, Spa and Leisure facilities that you could want for a vacation break. The Gourmandise Coffee Shop has great food and good value with friendly service. Minutes from the Airport with Hotel or Dubai Taxi’s readily available. Emirates Airlines has a number of suites for their First and Business class travelers on a stop over with a separate entrance and reception. It is a short hop to Dubai Creek, the Gold Souk or even the new Festival City and Dubai Mall (beside the Burj Dubai) Well worth considering if you need to spend any time in Dubai.
Even if you only have a short stay it is worthwhile visiting the new Dubai Mall complete with a Water Fountain spectacular at the foot of the Burj Dubai (World’s tallest Building). The Mall houses an amazing Aquarium (You can even cage dive to see the sharks) and a full size Ice Hockey Rink as well as multiple restaurants and shops! Taxis are reasonably priced and clean!

Welcome Home
The Le Meridien Dubai is always a great place to stay while in Dubai. The rooms are always nice and the beds are comfortable. There are several restaurants located in the hotel or next to it. The staff are always accommodating and very helpful in arranging day trips or taxi service. Staying at the Le Meridien always feels like I am coming home.
