Will stay again.
Very nice hotel with a beautiful view of Ketchikan and the bay. Only problem I had was, I could hear the people above me walking around. Would stay on the top floor next time. I also noticed some trash on the grounds outside my room and the screen had fallen off my window.....made it not very tidy looking.

Very nice experience, can’t wait to go back
The room was very comfortable and clean. Great location in Down Town Ketchikan. The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was a little expensive but the food was excellent. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay again. We had a great time.
Ketchikan has some wonderful Parks and hiking trails. Absolutely beautiful. You’re definitely in God’s Country. The waterfalls and rainforest are a definite must see. Lot’s of picnic areas and places to stop along the side of the road to watch for whales and seals.

Best place in town!
Location, view, accomodations were great. We missed a flight to Van, B.C. to get on a ship and had not planned on staying here but found it to be super for our 2 days wait on our ship.

dinning room
the hotel was great but in the hotels only restaurant the help was anything but helpful. they had alot of young kids working and they weren’t to concern about the guest

Will stay here again
Clean, excellent restaurant, easy access to tourist attractions and shopping. Interesting displays on Alaskan native peoples in hotel. Stay here if you are stuck in Ketchikan on the way to your fishing spot!

I will definately stay there the next time I go back to Ketchikan
I was very impressed with tis hotel. I enjoyed my stay there. It had a gorgeous view both in the front and in the back. One was of the ocean, Ketchikan and other island and the back was of the mountains. the restraunt had great food and a nice view while you are eating. People were very friendly and courteous. The tram that takes you to Creek Street is a great convenience and saves lots of time. They also have the start/end of Married Mans Trail there. That is nice walk through the trees and down the hill. Over all it was excellent!!!

Very good hotel, but you pay for the extras.
One of the best hotels in Ketchikan with very good winter rates. Extra charges for Wi-Fi, room service, etc. bring the rating down. Lack of on-site fitness facilities counts against, as well.
