No negatives for this hotel owned and run very efficiently and warmly by the family of local architect--they’re genuine and kind people with very good taste, and you’ll meet all of them in this strikingly beautiful hotel, less than a year old. Great breakfast, and close to everything.

Great place to stay
The hotel is located right at the foot of 1 of 2 small bridges to Ortygia. (great spot) extremely well kept and clean. beutiful space. the owner and his family are extremely helpful hosts.
