Nice Hotel, but locals say its not the best area of town....

Never again ....
This obviously family owned and managed facility has family members all over the lobby. Felt like we were intruding on their home. And breakfast was a horror. The hard boiled eggs were old. The apples were "ripe" and had gashes in them. No decaf coffee. Location left much to be desired. Off the service road so one had to go south to go north. Very few other guests and now we know why.
Plantations are worthwhile in area.

Not impressed
We stayed for five days and were disappointed in the breakfasts (ran out of food and drinks each morning - pretty much right away). Also, the exercise room was not cleaned - overflowing wastebaskets, etc.
