Was OK
No AC but was OK and little on the pricier side

Makes you want to take an earlier flight
The rooms are tired.

Great place for a short visit.
The Novotel was extremely clean and well maintained. Perfect for business travel and very close to Heathrow. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. Given that its a business hotel, the prices at the bar and in the restaurant were cheaper than I expected.

Crazy Elevators
The lifts (elevators) are ultra-narrow so if you try and load your luggage in on one of the trolleys provided outside you must load them lenghtways; plus, only onw person will fit with the luggage - this is nuts for an airport hotel.

Acceptable, but worn down like all Novotels I’ve seen
This Novotel was at least clean, and the breakfast was OK. However, after seeing 3 Novotels in a week (London, Kigali, Rwanda and Bujumbura, Burundi) they all seem more or less worn down (Buj was awful) and not enough money is being spent keeping them up to date and fresh. London Novotel is perfectly acceptable though for staying a night when waiting for a plane. People were very nice too.
