Couple’s Weekend Away
Stayed at the Reef with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. Overall, a phenomenal time and definitely the place to stay if you are travelling without the kids! We stayed in a studio and the room was fantastic - very clean, new, with more amenities than we could ever use. A few things we did right... 1) Stop for wine and groceries - we got an ocean front room and had breakfast on the balcony each morning. (Room has coffee, toaster, microwave, fridge) 2) Brought snacks for a light lunch and went out each PM for dinner. Mosaic was great - others just ok and overpriced. STAY AWAY FROM JET SKI RENTALS!!! They are not employed by Atlantis and tried to change the price when we returned - and would not let my husband go until I came back with the $$. After the fact, I read online that they are routinely a problem. Only suprise was the service... it was fine, certainly not bad. But not what you would expect of a 4-5 star hotel.

Not impressed
Beautiful location, crystal clear water, and then you come across the service that you don’t associate with 5* hotel. They have to do something about better cleaning the rooms/bathrooms. Desk staff is helpful though. Beach staff doesn’t know what service is at all. They didn’t even have vinegar to help with jellyfish stings( common practice of Miami lifeguards!). There are better places to stay!

Book a minimum 2-night stay in a qualifying room category now - December 16, 2009 for travel now - December 20, 2009 and receive the following:
Minimum 2-night stay required. Offer valid only for new bookings. Guests will receive a voucher at time of booking, which must be printed and presented at time of check in. Guests will then receive a Love Atlantis Access card which will be validated each time a component is redeemed. Only one card will be issued per guestroom. Cards will outline the components and provide redemption instructions. Dolphin, sea lion, and manta interactions must be scheduled through the Atlantis Adventure Center or Dolphin Cay Atlantis upon arrival at the resort (they cannot be scheduled in advance of arrival). Guests can book tee times through guest services. Some components have limited availability and all components are subject to availability. No credits will be issued for unused components.
