bad experience
Numerous problems during our extremely brief stay. Room wasn’t ready until 4 hours after promised time. Went to the restaurant in the hotel and were NEVER waited on! Waitress completely ignored us and those who came in after us. Room was ice cold, thermostat didn’t work and there weren’t enough linens in the room. Have tried contacting hotel management and have been playing phone tag ever since. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Another Great Embassy Experience
Clean. Safe. Well staffed. Friendly. Consistant with many stays over the years at the Embassy Suites. Park your own cars - tight corners in parking garage. Great food/restaurants, pubs and shopping ALL right outside the door. Cabs were cheap, if within the downtwn area ($6?). Scope out the immediate area as soon as possible, as not to be dissappointed that you missed out an opportunity. Another great experience w/Embassy.

We’ll Go Back
I like the fact that all rooms are "suites". The complementary hot breakfast including made to order omelettes are a very nice benefit. That plus the convenient downtown location with indoor walkway to the Circle Center Mall keep us coming back to this hotel. I also like the fact that the attached parking garage allows you to come and go during the day without extra charges if you pay the $20 daily rate. Nice hotel; great location - we’ll go back.
