Worst Experience In Ireland
The staff that greeted us did not say welcome, only "breakfast is not included in your rate" and handed us keys, we were not asked if we wanted or needed help with bags. The rooms (we had 2) were not clean. My room had a dead bug on the rug and many stains. The bug remained unmoved the entire stay. The phone to the front desk did not work. The front desk was not maned all the time. The halls were dingy. The bathroom was dirty, and had hairpins (not mine as I never use them) on the floor when I arrived. I would have complained about these things had there ever been anyone to complain to. This was not a positive experience at all.
