Summertime in Vail is excellent!
Destination Resorts is the place for you if youre booking a vacation in Vail Colorado. They have several hotel/condo complexes that will meet your expectations and guarantee you a super place to relax, swim, sit in hot tubs, etc., all within walking distance and shuttle service of EVERYTHING Vail has to offer. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with under complex parking including lockers, bike racks and easy access. The condo was wonderful, beautifully decorated, spotless, and included daily maid service. The management office and staff were THE BEST! Well go back!
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Pick up a local businesses book at the management office and find a number of good relatively inexpensive resturants.

DO NOT STAY FOLKS
We travel all over the world and the Landmark Tower is a dive to be nice. We rented a 2BD/2BA condo. First, they do not tell you that the facility is under major construction. It was built in 1973 and should be torn down and rebuilt. So you are attempting to have a relaxing vacation and you have to deal with construction noise night and day. The condo we were in has not been updated since 1973. Remember the green carpet and appliances? They were playing John Denver music in our condo is was that old folks. We attempted to utilize the three outdoor hot tubs and pool. The construction men are staring at the women the entire time. And they close access to the hot tub at 10:00 PM. The fireplace in our condo did not work and the bathroom as so small (we are small) that you can barley get in and out of the shower. The power went out several times due to the construction folks. The bottom line is do not stay at this facility for a year until the upgrades are made. There are too many excellent choices in the Vail/Beaver Creek area to waste your money on this facility.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
Folks the night life in Lionshead/Vail is dead. There is no live music for dancing. One club offers a DJ for the 20 year olds.
