Will definitely use this hotel again next time I fly
The pool was nice and warm-last few places we stayed with an indoor pool you felt like you were crawling into a puddle-this one was warm and enjoyable.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
The shuttle service to the airport was very convenient-you can leave your car there until you return, which saves you the parking fee at the airport, and when you return the hotel sends a shuttle to pick you up and drops you off at your car-very nice!

Not a good experience.
We called housekeeping and asked them to bring us extra towels, after arguing about why they thought we did not need them, they agreed to bring to us, but they never did bring them. They were supposed to have an indoor swimming pool on sight, which was the reason we picked this hotel. They did not have a swimming pool or it was under construction and they did not tell us before we checked in. My key card quit working the second night I was there, I called the front desk from the hallway by the elevator, as I had my 3 year old sleeping in my arms and was not going to go back downstairs. They said they would send someone up to let us in. After 10 minutes of waiting, the guy who came up did not have a key with him to let us in. Overall, not a good experience and I was not happy!
