One of the BEST All-Inclusive Resorts in Riviera Maya!!!

This was my 3rd time to Valentin Imperial Maya...and I will be back again. The Adults Only thing is great (I left my kids at home). The service, food, everythnig about the resort is A+. I’ll be back again & again. Why fix what ain’t broke!

There are 8 incredible restaurants within the resort and I believe 17 bars. You don;t need to go anywhere else...

Food was amazing

8 restaurants and all worthwhile. Everything was more than expected especially for a fairly cheap price.

Birthday Bash

We went to the Valentin with 3 other couples to celebrate my best friend’s 40th birthday. We were greeted with a glass of champagne as we waited to check in. Check in was smooth. We were even upgraded "3 notches" without even asking! The only problem with this was our unit was clear across the property where our friends were staying. We stayed in unit 9 which was almost 1/2 mile trek to the main lobby and main dining areas. Good way to get some exercise with all the eating we did though! Had some problems with the room to room dialing which made it very difficult to connect with our friends. The staff was very efficient! Food was excellent! Drinks a plenty! The lush vegetation on the property was amazing! Bring bug spray as you will get bitten! Although we didn’t have ONE day of sunshine due to Hurricane Ida, we had lots of fun as a group, and the hotel provided many opportunites to do activities indoors.

Once you get off the airplane in Cancun and go thru customs and have your luggage, as soon as you step outside, you are bombarded by taxi services! We used Cancun Shuttle and they were awesome! I booked online in advance, not knowing anything about them. They sent several email reminders with instructions on how to locate them at the airport. They even called my home to make sure I received the emails and to reinstruct me. We did the private transfer, (my husband and I) and it was $80 for both of us round trip. We were the only people on the van, thus getting us to the hotel with NO additional stops! Upon departure, they picked us up 3 hours early, but by the time we got thru customs, we only had like an hour and a half which was fine with me. I needed to do some shopping since we didn’t leave the property and the airport had some great shopping!!!
