Location, location, location!!
Bonerowski Palace is truly exceptional, had a wonderful two nights there and can not speak highly enough of their staff. The hotel itself is great, and wonderfully located for a visit to Krakow, and the staff are only to happy to assist with recommendations, suggestions and bookings. Highly recommended. As someone who travels often and seeks to find special hotels that have a history or connection to the area, this one is definately one of the best!

Modern hotel in historic setting
Great location and very nice breakfast. Modern bathroom. Only hotel we’ve stayed in in Europe (and we’ve been to a lot) that had HBO! Workout room has 2 saunas and 2 exercise bikes; no treadmill. Staff was very helpful.

Great Hotel
Our stay at Bonerowski Palace was fantastic. The room was nicely furnished and spotless. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They arranged taxi service for us and recommended wonderful places to eat and visit. We definitely felt like royalty during our stay.
