great choice for central MA
2 minutes off MA pike at 495, friendly and helpful staff, pool and fitness area a plus, rooms were attractive and comfortable, sunday brunch was excellent!

Not that good!
This is not one of the better Double Tree’s I’ve stayed in. I was taking my mother along who is minimally disabled on a family trip. I called the hotel before & after I booked thru Expedia & wrote on the booking that I needed adjoining rooms. I was told "no problem" until we went to check in. All we could get were rooms next door. The rooms were also extremely small & with very poor ventilation.

Great staff
The staff is always friendly and helpful. Just sorry we couldn’t use the pool. Hope this doesn’t inflate the price of the hotel so that we can’t afford it any longer.
