Trying to Tech Cool and Failing
This hotel is into trying to create a new, tech based paradigm and it fails at it. They spent so much time trying to be techie that they left out all the normal things. Need a desk on which to work -- there is none in the room. Want to watch some TV in the room -- you have to climb into bed to watch the flat panel as that is where it faces and its wall mounted so it can’t be turned. Wireless wasn’t working well in my room -- I called twice to the front desk who promised to get back to me but never did -- I had to go down to the lobby to use the computers there. Be sure to have an umbrella handy because you will be exposed to the rain as you walk from the airport terminal to the hotel.

Fun in Amsterdam
We stayed there because it was close to the airport and had the best price. It is closer than we thought. It was hard to control the lights in the room.
