out of the ordinary
I would really recomend this hotel;it is really pretty and made me feel like we were living in another time. (past time) clean and unique. I will go back soon.

Not a typical B&B
If you are looking for a traditional B&B i.e. owner occupied home or restored historic residence where you could discuss the area and find out about local activities with knowledgeable residents, this is not for you. I’m not sure what you would call this place, but it is a pair of 3 bdrm timeshare condos which probably have not sold. You will be renting one of the five available bedrooms (a student occupies one). The intent was to construct a large multiunit timeshare resort in Cedar City. Fortunately, that didn’t happen or the taxpayers would be owning this property. The bedroom (Cleopatra) was small,clean and neat, with a large on floor air conditioner taking up valuable space. There is however, no maid service, so if you will be staying multiple days( we stayed 3), you will want remember to make your bed and pick up your towels yourself. The young gal who came in mornings to make breakfast was very nice and did a good job with breakfast. This facility is on the west side of I 15 among apartments. Interstate 15 road noise is intense until quite late. Stayed 9/22 - 9/25 2008
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Hiking the nearby national parks and monuments (Zion and Cedar Breaks) should not be missed. Also tickets to the plays at SUU are inexpensive and available.

A wonderful surprise
The room was quite elegant and beautifully appointed.Henley Manor spared no expense on the extras such as handmade soap and lovely shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast was excellent both days of our stay and the ’serving wenches’ were personable and great cooks.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
If you arrive after 8PM you may have to call a number to have someone let you in to the place. Ice is in the fridge downstairs.
