2 days in Rome
Hotel is located Southwest of downtown Rome, but it is a short bus ride and just a few metro stops away from the many sites. People working the desk speak very good english, and are always willing to help you no matter what time of day. Just be warned that if you want room service they don’t exactly follow the hours that are designated so order early.

Experience marred by a broken airconditioner
The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, but the air conditioner never worked, despite two maintenance trips to our room. The room was hot and stuffy with no good outside ventilation save for leaving the door to the street open. There was a fair amount of noise echoing through the complex during the night, yelling, honking, and so it was leave the door open or bake.
Traveler's tip on dining
Simple comfortable dining just down the block at Zuccho e Limone, we were able to take two young children early in the dinner hour (7:30) and had a very enjoyable meal.
