We expected more for the price.
The room was cramped but nicely decorated. The pool was inconvient(in a totally different building). Hotel location was good though, lots of things within walking distance.

Good place to stay colse to town but....
The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous, even though it was a very slow time in the season. The parking is valet-only and gratuity based, so I gave the parking attendant a minimum tip for parking the car. The room itself is fairly small and looks like it was renovated quite a while ago. It was fairly clean and comfortable, but the sheets had a black ink-type stain on them and there were various dark stains on the bedspread and pillow covers. The king beds are firm, as are the pillows. Watch out when trying to close the bathroom door cause the room is super small and tight. Minimal attractions in the summertime, but the hotel is within walking distance to almost all restaurants and shopping. An okay place to stay for the $$.
Traveler's tip on dining
The Blue Moose is GREAT for breakfast, just a short walk up from the hotel and an excellent price for a resort town. Bubba Gumps is pretty good for dinner, but higher priced.

Location is the key!
In the middle of everything. You can walk or take a shuttle or call for the resorts private shuttle to get anywhere you need to go. There are several buildings in the complex so get a map to locate the things on the property you might need. The hotel is quite old but has been renovated and retains a lot of charm.
There is a medical center in the complex if you are in to sking or snow boarding!
