Very Accommodating
Asked for a 6 hour early check in, upon arrival to the hotel, extra charge of course, but the room was prepared quickly, and the price was reasonable..

always stay in club level - best value for this area of manila
There are a few 4/5 star hotels in this area to stay. The heritage is close to malls and entertainment (of all types) and also the airport. Good value has ok club rooms includes a cooked brteakfast and drinks/food in the evening and internet. Like all of manila outside of makarti the area is a bit run down. Dining places closer to the mall.
Mall of asia close by and for kids there is an amusement park close by.

Decent casino in hotel
The rooms are decent, especially if you pay extra for the "Club" rooms that come with some extras. My one complaint about the hotel was that they block access to toll-free numbers from hotel phone. My phone card had only toll-free access numbers from Philippines and I was unable to use it. The hotel operator seemed unable to help.
