This is an outstanding hotel right in the middle of downtown Chicago. We will always stay here and look forward to going back as soon as possible.

Good Stay
As soon as we arrived we were greeted like we were very special people! Felt good for the price we were paying for the room. Very helpful and outgoing to answer our questions. The only problem we had was for breakfast buffet - our waitress got us drinks, then we NEVER saw her again. The other waitress taking care of the other tables was amazing and she even took some of our dirty plates. We ended up not leaving a tip for our waitress. It was a nice trip otherwise.

Gorgeous hotel on Michigan Avenue
ABsolutely gorgeous!! Highly recommend this hotel right on the "Magnificent Mile". It truly is magnificent. Amazing lake views. Walking distance Steps out into Michigan Avenue for the best shops and turist attractions.
