Would never stay there again
I had made my reservation with expedia and I parked my car in the parking lot because I had already made my reservation for 2 hours and when I came back they had towed my car along with 3 others. I talked to the person in charge which there was no manager on duty and she said they towed my car because I didn’t check in before I went to the movie. They gave me the phone number for the police dept but they were closed and I had to wait until 7am before they opened and the hotel didn’t even help provide a way to get to the police station down town or to the towing company. When I talked to the manager in the morning he said that is their policy and it was my problem not his. I checked and there was no sinage in the parking lot about having to check in before parking in the parking lot or anything. I think their customer service was really poor. I e-mailed the Days Inn about my stay and they put a complaint but there wasn’t anything fruther they could do. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel even to a stranger there are much better places to stay that are just as cheep.

Good for the cost
The pool in this hotel was the best I’ve seen. It was actually warm even going in. There are restaurants nearby and easy highway access. Unfortunately it was quite out of the way for the highway we were using. Desk clerk could not find out second room reservation right away so had quite a delay. Wanted us to take another room at a more expensive price. Their confirmations and expedias are not the same.
Don’t miss the pool.

Just Average
Upon checking into our hotel, the toilet in the room was running, there was not tissue paper, the alarm clock didn’t work, and the telephone instructions were erroneous. The location was great for us and the continental breakfast was great, but greater detail has to be placed on maintenance here.
