convenient and affordable
The experience did not start out good as upon arrival the computer system was down and we were not able to check in. After an eight hour drive with 2 active boys we would have really like to have been able to get into our room to freshen up. The only other complaint was that every day we had to get our cards rekeyed as they would lock us out of our rooms even though we had paid for the rooms for 4 nights.

Excellent place to stay as you can unwind in the pool area after a day of sightseeing.

Hotel breakfast buffet was expensive for the same food u get a Dennys for $5 the room door was broken did not need key to open door, beds were flat and uncomfortable pillows flat and old, sheets not clean, bathroom need updating but it was cleaner then the sheets and room view was a brick wall, BUT the hotel staff was very pleasant and the free shuttle to area attractions was nice to have indoor pool was nice

Reasonable place to stay
This hotel was a comfortable, reasonable place to stay near the Falls but not in the nightlife. They offered a shuttle to the Falls area. Located on the Gorge below the Falls, there is natural beauty, without the crowds. On the way to Niagara on the Lake.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
A reasonable place to stay if you like to be away from the bustle of crowds, and on the way to wineries, NOTL theater, and still have an indoor pool.
