enjoyed the trip
went to see colleges in the area and stayed at the Best Western in Lackawana. The hotel was nice. Room was very nice, good size..not crowded. The desk personnel checking in was very nice and quite helpful. We checked out at 9:30 in the morning and the breakfast that is served in the lobby was completely cleared. Having pastry and coffee available until 10:00 would be much more convenient for the casual traveler.

Definately the nicest, most affordable hotel in the Buffalo area!
Incredibly please considering just minutes from the city, awesome hotel, clean rooms, the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in, very nice bathroom... overall an A+ experience. Thanks

The location is close enough, 15 minutes to downtown. The room and the breakfast area is spotless. The free breakfast is very good, service is excellent. Enjoyed being right next door to gas station and a coffee brewhouse! The gas station also had sandwiches for lunch, very handy and they were good and freshly made. Just be careful of signage they are doing some construction. A great view of the windmills on lake Erie as well. John and Virginia of N.J.
