One of better hotels in Eau Claire
We have stayed in Eau Claire many time with a daughter in college. This hotel is by far one of the better places to stay, but none in Eau Claire are that great. They are all dated, smell musty and not too clean. Glad she has graduated!!

Older motel adequately maintained
When this motel was new it was probably a 4-star venue, but with age and indoor pools humidity and inadequate maintenance take over. Tub drain was slow (Rm 210) and cable TV image was a notch above pure snow. We enjoyed our stay there nevertheless. The people were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and there’s a family pizza restaurant across the street.

Dirty and Run-Down
I wondered why a large, downtown Ramada was so inexpensive... like the neighborhood it’s in, this hotel is run-down. Our first room was so dirty we had to switch to another, and even it was not much better. We will not be coming back!
