Elk Ridgw B & B for conservatives only
This bed and breakfast is small and clean, and the owners are nice, but no kidding; they prayed - out loud with their guests - over breakfast each day, which made us squirm. And, a very large sign awaits all customers in the living room, "christian, conservative, heterosexual, pro gun. Any other questions?" The living room is full of national rifle association stuff, and the proprietor smokes a pipe - in the house. We’ve stayed at small inns for years, and never encountered a "stealth" Christian inn in our travels. We would not consider going back.

Delightful Bed & Breakfast
Elk Ridge B&B is a little hard to find, but certainly worth the effort. It’s in South Dakota’s Black Hills, in the middle of a peaceful meadow, with a delightful view of the BACK of Mt Rushmore. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, and their breakfast is to die (and perhaps later go on a diet) for. Highly recommended.
