Above & Beyond
Great Hotel and Greater Service We had booked a single room with queen size bed, but during our travel to Vermont my wife’s knee start giving her problems. I asked I we could get a first floor room and the staff upgraded us to a Condo Suite on the first floor at no additional cost. After 10 hrs on the road, this response to our personal needs was heaven sent. Thank you again Pointe at Castle Hill Resort.

Very nice place to stay
Very nice hotel - the room was quite comfortable and quiet. Did not try the restaurant for breakfast.

Was okay
Nothing special about this hotel. The room was comfortable but there was an old face cloth hanging on the shower rod. The coffee pot had not been wiped clean. The sheet had a stain on it. It didn’t really seem dirty....but it was not really as clean as I would expect
