Hit or miss
We had been there once before this trip and everything went perfectly; clean room, great service, no issues whatsoever. The second time (a month later) after driving six hours I went to take a shower, the shower had hairs in and on it. I could see hairs on the shower door and on the knob. We immediately called downstairs and had them switch us across the hall - this time instead of the nice glass shower, we got a regular tub which was fine. Other than the stains on the pullout sofa (made me not want to sit on it), the stay from then on went well. They have good security; you cannot enter the hotel after hours without a key. It’s a newer hotel, and the amenities are nice. The pool is VERY SMALL and they turn the heater to the jacuzzi off after hours.
Traveler's tip on shopping
You are within two miles of Jacksonville’s only two-story mall and there’s a lot of dining. The newer St. John’s Town Center is very close too - with mostly upscale shops.

This hotel was very clean and nice. The decor was very modern and beautiful. For the price you can’t go wrong!!!

Hotel is in a dead end road so it is safer. When you get there, if you have trouble getting to it call.... they are great on directions.
