it was nice, at first it had a funny smell like the room wasn’t used in months we had to let it air out but i would go back just not to that room

Cottage Getaway!!
My wife and I stayed at the King Arthur Cottage just this past weekend. We booked for just Friday night but once there wished we had reserved an additional night. The cottage was very cozy and clean. Some of the reviews said it was small but who wants a huge cabin in a cold place...more empty space to heat! The cabin, for us, was the perfect size. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Because of traffic we got there after 5pm but all we did was call and they made sure someone was there to help us check in. They had wood for the fireplace (for a small price) and a fan if you get too hot I guess. It was very quiet, no noisy neighbors. In the morning we took lots of pictures of the surroundings. Very cute how they have things set up. We will definitely be coming back!!
Traveler's tip on shopping
Go shopping and carriage ride in "The Village" just about a quarter mile from the cottages. Good ice cream and candy shops and cool little Big Bear souvenirs.

This is a very romantic place to stay. I stayed in the King Arthur cabin and it was very nice.
