Above and Beyond
Rooms are beautiful, very clean, and very comfortable. Staff is extraordinarily helpful. They exceed expectations. Breakfast buffet was excellent, as was room service. The acomodations and staffing are five star for a two star price.

Awesome
Although this hotel isn’t in the best part of town, it is a fantastic option if passing though. The service was amazing, and the room was even nicer than the 5 star hotel we stayed at in the downtown area. It is far from downtown, but nice if you don’t mind being further from town.

They really try hard, but.........
Hotel employees are very nice, has usual in Thailand, but the hotel is defiantly not worth what it costs, and is a 15 min, drive from the Airport. Defiantly better to go downtown. The bed is to hard, Room big and clean, but................... The neighborhood is a ghetto. A part of Bangkok a would avoid seeing
