Clean, small hotel near main attractions
A nice, old-style hotel, which is located at an alley, a minute walk from the main street and less than 5 minutes from the nearest subway station. The rooms are clean, the bed is not too soft, but comfortable nevertheless. Main disturbance was the bathrooms water drain. After a shower it took close to an hour until the water was gone. Hope they fix this minor issue.

Good experience
Staff was great, very helpful and always willing to make your stay confortable. They speak good english and help you write your destination in chinese for the taxi driver. The location is a little hidden to taxi drivers dont always know where to take you (sometimes refusing to take you). Rooms are very traditional, beds are a little hard but the experience in their hutong was great. Restaurants near it have menu’s in english, so that is very helpful.
