Not like your traditional hotel, felt like staying at a private Estate...
Beautiful place, great service. Would definitely go back. But, as other travelers mentioned it’s very hard to find this place, eventually you will, after getting lost and with the help of local people. The hotel location is very convenient, it is one hour drive to Florence, Siena and San Gimignano.
Traveler's tip on dining
The breakfast was good, but wouldn’t recommend dinner as there aren’t many choices on the menu and not good for the price. Don’t have fish tempura. You pay for the fish but it’s hard to find traces of fish in the batter. Instead, go to the local restaurants. There are many nice restaurants in the nearby Cortona.
