Read the fine print on receipt
There is no check-in at the hotel. You must go down the street to find central reservations. The fine print in the Expedia receipt shows a number to call but does not make it apparent so when you get to the hotel don’t panic by the close check-in but make sure to bring your receipt so that you can call someone to get your room key. Key FOB did not work for workout facility. Staff was nice and room was clean. Good location for town of Winter Park.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to
Pros: Cheaper but not too cheap, close to everything Cons: Hotel is not maintained at all, strange rules (take the trash out and wash dishes when checking out), at all cost don’t plan to sleep on the sofa bed, no customer service in the hotel (need to go to another location to check-in).
