Could do better
Was not impressed with this dated, older hotel. Location is great, walking distance to everything. Room was spacious, they upgraded me to penthouse floor. However, nothing really worked well. The internet was down, the key to my room never worked and the hotel did nothing to fix either. They made me call "tech support"...that took an hour and everytime my key didnt work, they just sent me up with a new one a couple times until I was finally escorted up. The bus center wasnt open when I needed it either...at 6PM. They charge extra for everything. Was not impressed. If you are on business, there are far better options.

If you go, take plenty of money
My family went, 3 people 2 beds, yet I was charged extra for the 3rd person. Everything was prepaid, yet at check in I was asked to pay additional for incidentals. After checkout I was charged more than quoted. Maybe for the soap, shampoo and body lotion I used. Not much open in DC on the weekends. We had to eat breakfast. Buffet for 3, was almost as much as dinner the night before.
