Not Impressed
There was one eleveator and the room key did not work leaving me walking up to the room by stairs three times before the hotel sent someone up to fix it. Even then, it did not work well.

Home away from home
The hotel is conveniently located to downtown and shopping. The rooms are very clean and have all the comforts of home. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Would Stay There Again
I had a conference at the JW Marriot right around the corner. They were a lot more expensive and didn’t have all the perks. The Residence Inn had free high speed internet, a full kitchen (will even do your food shopping for you), free breakfast, and during the week they have free food at night. The hotel is walking distance to the mall. The Residence Inn had the feel of a small apartment. I was very pleased when I opened the door and looked around. I stay in a lot of hotels and I was very satisfied. I would look them up again to stay in the future. They also have a pool and a workout area, but I didn’t use either one. I like to get the most for my money, but still have quality. I stayed in 7115 and found it to be very sufficient. Check-in was also prompt.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
I would also recommend taking the super shuttle for transport to and from the airport. Roundtrip it costs as much as it does to take a taxi one way.
