Do Not waste your time or money
This had to be one of the worst experiences of my travel life and we travel a lot. All inclusives are not for everyone by a long shot and one that note,NH was brutal. Terrible Food, on the verge of rancid!-Cheap Liquor("Deluxe" Vodka,"Deluxe" Scotch etc.) you get the point. Room service non existant-I must add the staff was friendly, when you found them. "Special Dining Restaurants" poorly organized and serve the same food as the buffet?? They were always empty but you could not get a reservation for some reason. The best day I had was checkout day.

Rent an oceanfront condo. A lot nicer experience.

Amazing time
My husband and I stayed at NH Real Arena for a week, beginning May 19th 2009. Words cannot even express what an amazing and perfect time we had. The grounds are gorgeously kept, the staff all very friendly and helpful, the restaturants very good, and the beach beautiful. Despite the somewhat rainy and windy weather that we experienced, we have no bad memories of our experience at all. It all seems like a dream now. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Had a great time!!
It’s a very nice hotel, and I would have no problems staying there again. It does help if you speak Spanish. The food was very good, and a decent variety. I wouldn’t call this place real luxurious, but it’s definitely real nice. Overall, I recommend it. You’ll have a great time.
