Great Experience
Being from Florida I wanted to experience the fire place, (yes in September) they even accommodated me with this request.

Residence Inn
The staff was very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to issues. The meals seemed to be cut off 30 minutes prior to posted time by virtue of no more food being put out and no one around to talk to about it. The rooms were not at the same standard as I have seen at other Residence Inns, but they were okay. The pool and hot tub were great.
Traveler's tip on shopping
Head south on 85 or 75 to Jonesboro since they have a lot of easy access stores around Southlake mall and restaraunts.

I will visit this hotel again.
The only thing that I did not like was the king size bed the mattress was to soft and the bed was to low for me because of my disability.
