This operator needs to open their eyes
To begin with the first room we were assigned to did not have a working lamp on bed stand (not plugged in nor was there an outlet on that side of room,needed to plug in c-pap machine),the ironing board was broken. Got another room, the hair dryer was non functioning and there was an electrical smell at the outlet, next morning we left the room to go to a wedding rehearsal luncheon and saw a housekeeping person at the room adjacent to ours and told them we would be gone for a few hours,the room was all theirs when we returned the room had not been cleaned, there were no clean towels,soap,shampoo and we were informed by the desk clerk that housekeeping was finished for the day, We still had to get ready to go to the wedding. After I made the clerk call the Hotel manager, the housekeeping supervisor brought new towels so we could get ready to go, and "cleaned" the room while we were away, still no coffee,soap shampoo. The clerks main response was that the hotel and the housekeeping staff were separate depts, and "did we report the hair dryer problem to maintenance ?" What ever happened to customer service? I will definately not stay at a Comfort Inn in that area operated by that franchisee again

Comfort Inn, Fayetteville NC
The hotel room smelled like urine, the carpet was dirty, tub/shower area needed caulking, there were only two towels and one wash cloth and no toilet tissue. We had to buy an airfreshener and some disinfectant spray. We were happy that our stay was limited to one night!

Very Disappointed
The frist thing we saw when we entered the room was jaust plain dirt. We killed a spider (BIG ONE) and a cockroach which we were told was a water bug. the maid service was lacking and i felt as though i was at spring break and the room resembled just that. popcorn treatment was falling off the ceiling and lights on the bacony was little to none.
