Friendly Staff
We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The Host, George, was very helpful. He was very attentive to our needs. The maid was also great. She even took the time to fold up my cousion’s clothes that he had scattered on the floor. The room wasn’t anything fancy but served it purpose. The street traffic was a little noisy but if you live in the city it wouldn’t be a problem. The hotel was walking distance from downtown Fira which made it convenient. If I had to rate the hotel on a 5 dtar system I would rate it a 3 1/2 star.
Casa Blanca niteclub was a great club. The music was jirating and the drinks were worth the price you paid.

We booked this hotel for one evening not knowing what to expect. Needless to say we were pleasantly suprised.. Very very clean, friendly, helpfull staff.. very reasonable price, short walk to restaurants and shops, boutigue hotel so your room is a bit small..

Poor value and poor service
No one was at desk when we arrived- and for no one as at desk for most of the stay- so service was non-existent-breakfast was equal to a cheap business hotel in US - room was booked as a suite- more accurate is a room with a bedroom loft- location was poor and by no means was it an easy walk to town center- overpriced for quality and when we compared to better located and nicer properties we were heartsick- it is incomprehensible that others gave it the rating they did
